Hiring Process

• Ramping up of coder

• Pair programming and intensive code review

• Fixed levy of $300 per pax per month

• Salary to be paid by client

• No refund of salary & levy if the candidate is not good

• An assessment report will be given to client before confirming/terminating the candidate

Probation Process

• Work in Futureworkz office with provided table & chair

• Follow all policies of Futureworkz

• You cannot impose additional policies on developerseg. allowing developer to work from homeeg. cash incentiveseg. over-time

• Futureworkz reserves the right to terminate the developer
