DESCRIPTION
This presentation advances a strategic management theory and puts forward an empirical study in the field of ‘sustainable tourism’ and ‘shared value’. It sheds light about the real motivations and constraints for responsible behavior. Following the findings a model representing the ‘synergistic value creation’ for business and society is being put forward.
