Innovation Diagnostic: Every organization is unique with its own set of values and practices. Some of these factors act as enablers for innovation whereas others hinder organizational creativity. Consequently, to establish and maintain high levels of creativity in an organization it is essential to minimize the factors that curtail innovation and encourage factors that foster it. To understand and study the presence of these factors in an organization, Innomantra uses a proprietary Innovation Diagnostic tool which evaluates the aspects which have been shown to impact organisational innovation. Innomantra follows up the assessment with an innovation implementation roadmap for the client.
