SENTRY FlightSafeSENTRY FlightSafe is FAA approved and accepted by over 30 airlines for carriage in your Cargo consignments.

FlightSafe ensures that when SENTRY is loaded onto an aircraft it stops transmissions in order to comply with aviation legislation.

In flight it continues to monitor and record sensor based data.

Shortly after arrival and the aircraft has parked it resumes transmissions and updates the Vision platform.

Empowered staff – smart decisionsPowering your consignments with SENTRY intelligence and enabling the OnAsset Vision platform to monitor its compliance with your requirements – empowers your staff to make smart decisions in the event of a problem.

When SENTRY arrives at your determined points – it sends an email/SMS confirmation. You’ll also be aware if it’s not arrived as scheduled.

An alarm event for a rule excursion triggers an alert message by email/SMS to the people/groups that you determine. On receipt they know the nature of the alarm and the consignments location. On their PC or smartphone they can also click through to see the location on a map.

This real-time information enables smart decisions to be made with the knowledge of the exact location and nature of the problem – before the call is made.

Battery Life Battery Life is highly dependent upon reporting interval, wireless coverage, sensor configuration and ambient operating temperature. Proper charging is essential to achieving optimal battery life. Please consult your OnAsset sales representative for additional information on anticipated battery life in your application.

Charging Accessories

A SENTRY standard battery unit can be charged through any USB hub equipped with power-over-USB functionality (the USB accessory cable is available as an option - please consult your OnAsset sales representative for approved USB hubs). A SENTRY extended battery unit can be charged using the SENTRY Charging Assembly accessory (the SENTRY Charging Assembly can charge up to 2 units concurrently). The Charging Assembly can also be used with SENTRY standard battery units to achieve accelerated charging time if desired.
