Using Red Stamp for your businessRed Stamp is a great way to connect with people – while increasing your

bookings and sales! Here are a few ways to use it:

Invite Customers to your open houses and events.

Send product or Monthly Special sneak peeks to VIP Customers and Hostesses.

Create invitations and “save the date” messages for Hostesses to send to their guests.

Follow up after the party with cute, fun thank-you notes. You can even include a photo from the party or

of your Customer’s product!

Let Customers know their orders have arrived.

Celebrate, encourage and reward your team.

Connect and celebrate your Customers and Hostesses.

Red Stamp is a FREE service that lets you email, text, tweet, Facebook

or Instagram personalized electronic cards!

To use Red Stamp, you will need to create a free account to send digital or

paper cards

Visit www.redstamp.com

If you have an account, sign in using

your email address and password or

access the Thirty-One collection by

clicking on “collections” on the top

and create an account later

How do you get started?

Once you open Thirty-One’s

collection, choose the card (we

have more than 18 to choose

from!) that fits your occasion.

We have created three PARTY

collections (plus a set of

occasion cards) within our main

collection that include a save

the date, party invitation, thank

you and customizable card!

Feel free to use them together

or mix and match to find your

favorite combination.

Step 1 - Choose a card! Choose a card that’s right for your Customer, Hostess, friend, leader or

teammate and then choose whether to send as a digital (FREE) or paper card

(for a small fee).

Step 2 - Customize

Once you choose how you will send your card (digital or paper),

now it’s time to add your text and choose your font.

Add a custom URL (mythirtyone) to your digital card

Step 3 - Get ready to send!

After you make sure your message looks exactly the way you want it,

click “add recipients” below your card

Step 4 – Enter recipient information! If you are sending a digital card, you can choose to send it directly from Red Stamp or you

can create and send the card to yourself.

To avoid entering multiple email addresses, you can send the card to yourself, then email

or text to your contacts that are saved in your address book or phone contacts (in this

example, I’m sending to myself)

This screen gives you a chance to enter information and a message, if you

are sending direct to your recipient

Once you provide email addresses,

you are given another opportunity to

review your card before sending.

If you haven't already, now is when

you need to login or create an

account to send your card.

Once you are logged in, you can now send your card or email a test version to

yourself first!

Posting on the go!

Red Stamp offers mobile apps

so that you can create, post and

share cards while you’re on the

go! First, visit your device’s app

store and download Red Stamp.

Once it is downloaded, open it

and get started!

done on an iPhone.

on the text area and enter

your own, personal message.

Once your message is

complete, tap “send.”

Once your card is complete,

click ‘send’ and choose whether

you will share your card digitally

for FREE or by mail with a

paper card.

If you choose digital, then

choose the way you will share

it; save as an image, email,

social networks and more!

your camera roll will let you

text, email or post with ease!

Sending via email

If you choose to send your card by email, it will

open in your phone’s email app

Here, you can add recipients, change the subject

line or add additional details to your note, above

the Red Stamp card

Confirmation

Once your email is sent, you will

receive a confirmation screen

If you choose, you can then edit and

resend your card to additional

recipients or choose a new card to

send

Technical tips & tricks

To avoid inputting multiple emails each time, create a Red Stamp and

send from your personal email address to give you access to your

saved address(es).

If you want to share a Red Stamp in a closed group or event, create the

Red Stamp, email it to yourself and then save and post as an image

If you are sending a card as a reminder to order, include the link to your

mythirtyone.com site and/or the party so guests can place orders.

Download the Red Stamp app for your tablet or mobile device and

create cards on the go!
