PressLINKClosed Loop Color Control

Modernize your press extending its fe and improv-ing profitabity. PressLink is a solution for closed loop ink-density control. Inks keys are preset by software to reduce make ready. Color bars are scanned using SpectroDrive and ink keys adjusted by software with a press interface. Presses from most manufacturers are supported. Customers have saved as much as $200,000 per year on a press through ink and paper savings with preset-ting and closed loop control.

Our new densitometer is fast, accurate, and dependable. We made it rugged and simple. The med aluminum body can withstand pressroom environment. The optical engine uses a new high-precision color sensor. We made sure every-thing is ISO-compant. Besides CMYK density and dot gain, you can also measure film transmission. Makes 10,000 readings on a single charge. We also added a 4X magnifier lens with LED umination.

SpectroCHECKInstrument Color Verification

SpectroCheck is a reference for verifying measurement accuracy of instruments. The color data of colored ceramic samples on a turn-wheel are referenced to the Institute BAM, with the digital color data stored on an integrated USB flash memory. User is led through step-by-step checking procedure. A printable report shows if the measurement device conforms to the technical specifications.

SpectroPLATEHigh Resolution Digital Microscope

SpectroPLATE measures dot percentage, screen angles, nes per inch/cm, dot gain. It can be used with AM/FM or Hybrid Screens of traditional offset or process-less, chemistry-free printing- plates. You can bud dot transfer curve to feed through RIP or know plate setter adjustments. Spectro-PLATE features 1-second measurement, high re-peatabity, on-board storage for 250 samples, and long-lasting battery with 10k measure-ments/charge.
