In 2013 I was James Taylor was asked by the career and employability centre at Loughborough University to present 'A career in recruitment consultancy' to students. Macildowie have recently been placed 5th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for, making them the best SME to work for in the Midlands.
