Grand Hotel, opened in the month of October, 2003, it is a 5-star complex,open the whole year round, with a unique architectural design which iscompletely covered by roof and wall gardens. It is shaped like anamphitheatre and it is set in a green pine forest.

There are 124 suites in lodges, built entirely of wood, scattered in aforest area measuring 18 hectares.

The lodges are all independent from one another and are equipped withmany comforts: living and sleeping area, double bathroom with showerand whirlpool tub, air conditioning, telephone and modem socket, safe,spacious furnished veranda.

Entertainment Centre opened on July, 2003. It combines traditional andexclusive attractions, food and beverage and shopping all wrapped up in anoriginal and prestigious architectural design.

The Centre was planned and built having in mind a creative concept: simulatethe discovery of the remains of an ancient civilization: the Felici (in English“Happy people”), a metaphor for those who lead a simple life and are in lovewith life itself. This concept has helped to develop educational, multimediaand interactive settings which bring shows and attractions to life such asIMAX Theatre and the simulator.

It can be included in the MICE offer thanks to the use of its attractions andalso for the spaces available such as: halls and theatres used as locations forevents, conferences or specific occasions.

According to the season “Day offer” can be aimed at : schools, with different visit schedules at a fixed price; groups, one day packages including food at a fixed price;

individuals with a “pay per use” formula for attractions, food and shopping

in the winter months the Cromie disco and additional Disco-Pubs are mainly used as clubs or for shows;

in the summer months it takes over the whole of Felisia and is set up inside in order to meet tourist and local demand for entertainment(outside disco “Estasia”, bar, restaurant, shops and other facilities).

Theme Park The Park shares the same concept based on the fantasy legend of the

“Felici” civilization. It opened at the end of August 2003.

Company Profile

Valentino Village Srl in liquidation is a

company established for the construction and

development of tourism facilities, including

dining and commercial activities.

In the mid-90s, the company built the tourist

village “Il Valentino", initially consisting of 110

accommodation rooms, now expanded to 362,

with a capacity of 1,400 beds, which places it

among the largest hotel facilities in Southern

Italy.Since 2006 it has an ongoing lease contract with

the company Nuova Concordia S.r.l., for an

annual fee of € 1,500,000. This operation was

necessary to incorporate the Valentino in the

managing global operations of Nova Yardinia,

structured as a single location, allowing even

better appeal at an international level, for an

integrated MICE level.

From April 1st 2011 the management of

Valentino has been given to the Company

Greenblu S.r.l., which Company is controlled by

the same members of the Sofin SpA’s families.

The expiring date of the contracts is October 30,

2012 (renewable) with a renting fee.

2 restaurants and 3 cafe/bars;

fitness and beauty area (gym, solarium, Turkish-bath and sauna);

a conference hall for 150 seats;

shopping area and parking.

Il Valentino offers high quality infrastructure and services aimed at amedium-high target group of customers. Its characteristics andfacilities make it ideal for the summer holidays and MICE market(meetings, incentives, conferences, events).

a) construction of two facilities that have already been included in the Zoning Plan, Pineta Golf Hotel Village and Le Sabbie del Tasso.

b) construction of 450 residential units “in villas” within a 49,3 ha area that the Zoning Plan designated for hotel units and conferencecenters, and residential units, and further 170 residences to relocate in other areas, as remaining volume of about 52,000 cubic metersallowed to build.

c) construction of more facilities that are not foreseen by the Zoning Plan within an area of 115 ha, in particular :

A Golf Course; within the Golf Course the building of 100 semi-detached residential units (Golf Exclusive Hotel Residence);

A hotel/residential unit (Aleppo Hotel);

An outlet shopping centre (Outlet Magna Grecia);

It is also included the description of other three structures, of which we are in possess of the preliminary planning, which can further increase the tourism potential of Nova Yardinia: a Tourism Management Training Center, a Service Center and a Tourist Port.
