in the winter months the Cromie disco and additional Disco-Pubs are mainly used as clubs or for shows;
in the summer months it takes over the whole of Felisia and is set up inside in order to meet tourist and local demand for entertainment(outside disco “Estasia”, bar, restaurant, shops and other facilities).

Valentino Village Srl in liquidation is a
company established for the construction and
development of tourism facilities, including
dining and commercial activities.
In the mid-90s, the company built the tourist
village “Il Valentino", initially consisting of 110
accommodation rooms, now expanded to 362,
with a capacity of 1,400 beds, which places it
among the largest hotel facilities in Southern
Italy.Since 2006 it has an ongoing lease contract with
the company Nuova Concordia S.r.l., for an
annual fee of € 1,500,000. This operation was
necessary to incorporate the Valentino in the
managing global operations of Nova Yardinia,
structured as a single location, allowing even
better appeal at an international level, for an
integrated MICE level.
From April 1st 2011 the management of
Valentino has been given to the Company
Greenblu S.r.l., which Company is controlled by
the same members of the Sofin SpA’s families.
The expiring date of the contracts is October 30,
2012 (renewable) with a renting fee.
