ABOUT FAIRYGODBOSs: an online job review site for women, by women

Our mission: Improve the workplace for women by creating transparency

Since launching in March 2015, Fairygodboss has collected over 20,000 anonymous reviews, salary and benefit tips from women at over 7,000 employers

We appended each review with tags about its content (e.g., work/life balance) to perform a correlation analysis so we could understand what drives satisfaction for women at work
