The Province of Rovigo
The province of Rovigo has 50 municipalities with about 250.000
inhabitants.
Foreign people are increasing.
Today the activity rate is about 65% (the lowest in Veneto), the employment rate is about 62% (15-64 year-olds), which in particular for men is 75% and for women 50%.
Enterprises primarily operate in: the agricultural sector (29%) the commercial sector (19%) the construction one accounts for 14% the manufacturing one for 11%.Number of employees in the major sectors

In the last years employment rate in the Province of Rovigo has been
decreasing of about 18%.
23% of new starting-ups is for foreign people.
The most important economic sectors are agriculture, fishing, manufacturing, commerce and tourism, mainly in the
Municipality of Rovigo.

The county of Iasi is situated in the North-Eastern part of Romania.
The geographical position of the city of Iasi, on seven hills, made possible the
comparison with Rome.
Iasi is a cultural city and it is the second biggest city of Romania.
The main sectors of production that are looked for by the people from Iasi county are: logistics, commerce, garment industry and civil engineering.
From commerce the most required jobs are those of chefs, waiters and computer operators; from civil engineering, bricklayers and house painters. Logistics and garment industry include all types of employees.
The unemployment rate in January 2011 was 6,85% and the minimum wage, 160 € / month.

Tourism and services wich are the main sectors of activity
Job Research 57% of the population starts working at the age of 15 or over it;
65% of the employees are male and 50% are female;
The most important sector of activity is the tertiary: trade/services and tourism;
Most of the job opportunities are located in the cities along the Algarve’s coast;
English is the most required language; but German and Spanish are also important for the tourism industry;
IT skills are required for tourism and trade;
There’s a salary supplement for those who speak more than two languages.
