DESCRIPTION
These are a few examples of my work over the past couple of months. I participated in building a dog house for the Humane Society which was auctioned off at PETutopia for the most amount of money. I have also been working on a clubhouse and small office remodel. The renderings and elevations of the spaces have been posted. They were done in SketchUp and Photoshop.

“Urban, Trendy, Hip Condo for the Doggie on the Go!”

Our concept was an urban condo style dog house for someone who travels often with their small pet. Accessibility and functionality were the two most important aspects of our house. The dog condo has a permanent luxurious velvet bed on the 2nd floor for resting while at home. For a less permanent option the pet can rest inside its carrier which has an easy access back door for the owner to slip the carrier out and away they go! In addition there is a storage compartment to hide toys and treats as well as tap lighting which functions as a nightlight.
Construction: wood and metal construction, Pindler and Pindler velvet fabric pillow, MDC wallcovering, Dal Tile glass tile stairs
