Thank You!Thank you for being patient with Westbrook’s

roll out of virtual learning!

Model Positivity & Perseverance when it comes to our new curriculums and technology issues.

Encourage your child to make the best of this situation. We are all learning new things that will

make us better students/workers at the end of the day.

Allow your child to be independent when they are in

class! Give yourself and your child a break when things seem hard or

overwhelming. You are parenting during a pandemic!

Communicate with us if you or your child are having difficulty

with an aspect of virtual learning.

MyMCPS Classroom Homepages

Please get familiar with our MyMCPS Classroom Homepage. This will be your “one stop shop” for

everything having to do with our class and second grade!

This should be bookmarked for students or they should know how to access it independently because we will

use it for class everyday.

Parent Resources on Homepage

Looking forward...We will be sending out monthly parent

newsletters starting in October! These will be added to our homepages as well. If you have any questions, please use Mrs. Cox’s question

form that she emailed out earlier today.

Thank you!
