1 、技术研发保证能力 ((Guarantee of R&D) ：本公司拥有独立的汽车内饰设计与开发公司，拥有多名长期从事汽车内饰设计人员、模具设计与开发人员，具有丰富的项目管理与开发经验，目前产品开发部拥有 15 人，所以在技术研发方面能够保证项目的顺利进行。

公司现有 DELL 工作站 18 台，拥有 UG 、 CATIA 等专业设计软件，可对汽车整体内饰包括仪表板、门板、副仪表板、立柱等产品进行方案布置、结构设计、模具设计，同时公司拥有加工中心等模具加工设备近 20余台，可对上述汽车内饰产品进行模具加工与生产。

目前已经成功开发过的产品设计与模具加工包括 M2 门板、 H1 门板、HQE 扶手总成、门板、手套箱、奥迪 Q5 手套箱、下护板、 M1 立柱、烟缸杯架总成等模具。

2 、质量保证能力 (Guarantee of quality) ：

本公司实验室具有注塑、植绒、油漆等产品的原材料常规实验检测以及成品零件的功能检测能力，现有实验检测设备近二十余种。多年来，公司从质量源头及质量关键点把关控制，严格按照质量体系要求运行管理，因此为主要客户供货的十年多时间里，没有发生一起质量事故，因而能够从根本上保证项目的质量要求。

We have ability of testing regular experiment of raw material and performance of finished parts. Now there are more than 20 testing equipment. We strictly obey the requirment of quality, which we can guarantee the project goes well fundamentally, so we don’t have any accidents in 10 years when we provided for it.



生产保证能力 (Guarantee of production) ： 1 、注塑：目前，公司拥有 12 台注塑机，现有注塑机的生产使用率不

饱和，所以针对于新项目产品有足够的注塑生产能力； 1 、 Injection: At present, there are 12 injection machine in company, and al

l not are put into production, so we have a lot of ability to develop new projects.

2 、植绒：公司的植绒产能潜力很大，因产品品种及产量等多种因素限制，生产产能不饱和，加之目前正在准备的自动生产线改造计划，达产后产能具有很大的提升空间，所以目前生产使用率不饱和。

2 、 Flocking: We have much experience in flocking, but there are so many reasons to lead to producing can’t be saturated, moreover, we are now preparing to adjust auto-producing line, so there is more space to improve our capability.



3 、油漆：目前公司建有两条油漆线，生产产品大尺寸如内饰门板、

手套箱、下护板等，小尺寸包括卡扣、扣手等产品，目前现有油漆线生产能力不饱和，利用率不足 6０％，所以针对新项目产品完全有生产保障能力。

3 、 Painting: Now there are 2 painting lines, the production such as interior door , glove box ,buttons, grips and so on. The utilization ratio of Painting line can not reach 60%, so that we can guarantee the producing capability.

4 、模具：目前我公司拥有模具加工及维修工程师 20 人，具有非常丰富的模具加工、维修、保养经验，在模具加工及维修设备方面现已配备多台加工中心、合模机、翻模机、双头电火花、斜度线切割、精雕机、车磨铣刨机床、摇臂钻、穿孔机以及三坐标等，目前可以加工的产品有汽车门板、手套箱、下护板、 ABC 立柱等，现有的能力可以完全保证模具的正常加工、保养与维修。

4 、 Molding Machine: Our company has 20 engineers of molding processing and menders. There are also many equipment used to producing such as processing centralization, Measuring Apparatus three-dimensional coordinates and so on. We can work at car door plank, glove box, ABC pillars etc, totally guarantee the molding processing, maintain, and repair.

2008 年希尔达公司成立下设锦州依格尔希尔达汽车设计公司，公司成立以来先后为华晨金杯、奇瑞、吉利等汽车厂设计开发内饰产品，包括仪表板、门板、立柱、副仪表板等内饰产品，其中华晨 H1 门板、 M1 立柱与 2008 年的 11款M2 门板等项目均由希尔达公司自主开发设计，包括结构设计、可行性分析、模具设计、模具开发以及产品试制、质量控制和项目管理，通过希尔达设计团队的共同努力，按时完成了项目开发工作，客户对项目质量与项目进度非常满意。
