Want To Check Which DSL Package You Have?Ever wonder what type of DSL package you have and it’s after hours? Simply go to ‘otz.ruralportal.net’ to get an outline of your DSL account. To login you will need to use your DSL username and password that you obtained from OTZ. If you haven’t received your username and password please call our office at 442-2411 (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm) to ask about your new username and password.
If you are planning on taking a trip and want to use your OTZ cell phone outside our calling area make sure to ask about our OTZ Roaming Minutes. Whether you need 50 minutes or 500 minutes per month you save money when you purchase our roaming minutes.

When your account is becoming close to going over your monthly allowance you will notice a decrease in the speed of your Internet connection.
To help prevent your account from going over your monthly allowance please make sure that 1) your anti-virus protection is updated, and 2) if you have a wireless router, that it is password protected. Only give out your password to those you trust.
