Parrot 1. Make a sausage and mold the head and tailshapes, narrowing the tail. Flatten a differentcolored ball on each side of the head.

2. Stick on two black balls for the eyes. You canmake the beak with two different sized sausages,curved and narrowed at the ends. Flatten andnarrow two sausages for the wings. Mark the tailfeathers with a toothpick.

Hen 1. Make a sausage rounded at the topand flat at the bottom. Join it to a halfball molded into a moon-shape with a toothpick.

2. Secure the join with yourfingers. Mold the tip of the tail.

3. Stick on a small conefor the beak. Use two flat modeling clay ovalsfor the wings. Cut out a cardboard crest andstick it into the head.

5. To make the legs, cut out twotriangles from a sheet of modelingclay and stick them into the bodywith the help of toothpicks. Alsostick some feathers in the tail.

6. To finish off, use a toothpick to mark the toes on the feet and the feather texture.

4. Open the mouth with a piece ofcard. Stick two red balls underneaththe beak for the jowl. Use two smallblack balls for the eyes.

6. Cut out six pieces of plastic tube for thelegs and stick three intoeach side. If yourladybird is vain, you canmake some eyelashesfrom small strips ofcardboard.
