Main Activities (35 min) Step 3 :

Teacher introduces the plot and explains what a plot is.

Step 4 :Teacher uses a plot timeline and asks the pupils to give the main events in the story.Teacher indicates on the lines each event stated by the pupils.

Step 5 :Teacher shows pupils how the plot timeline shows the plot (storyline) of the story - beginning, problem, solution and ending.
