    7. The Receiver shall be paid his usual hourly billable rate, not to exceed2 II $475.00. All costs incurred by the Receiver and his attorneys in the perfonnance of their3 /I duties, including, but not limited to, their fees, shall be paid from the sale proceeds4 8. Any and all expenses of the operation of the Estate are the risk of the5 Receivership. and not the personal obligation of the Receiver.67 Ii 9.
