Duration: 2-12 months
4. Tasks
Monitor and analyse the work of the Boys Orphanage supported by
Naya Sawera NGO.
Enhance Women Empowerment Program by involving more specialists
and ensuring successful vocational training for slum
women/girls
Maintain documentation, emails, databases, contact lists for
administration
Write proposals and grant concept papers for project development
and implementation
Come up with campaigns for awareness raising on child right
issues in Indian context, women rights and current situation
Participate in issue-based advocacy, take up research projects
and dabble with the operational aspects of development work.
Strengthen, scale up and build volunteer programs
Help in event management of the NGO
Come up with own social project ideas and implementation
plans
Carry our needs assessment and evaluation of the projects,
Prepare surveys and conduct them among beneficiaries
Organize social activities and campaigns
Ensure confidentiality of beneficiary information and use it
solely for the wellbeing of the letter.

8. Accomodation Accommodation is available in Aii Group
Internaitonal Camp for participants
on shared bases or in Host Families.
Host Camp (Jaipur)
The host camp accommodation is a separate accommodation for
volunteer and
intern participants. There are 3 en-suite large rooms and
washroom. The
washrooms have European style commode. The rooms are on tri/quad
sharing
options. All the rooms are equipped with lockers &
wardrobes. The host camp
is supervised & managed by Aii. The location of the host
camp is nearby
Jaipur International Airport within Jaipur city and basic
amenities are
available nearby. The host camp is a good option for the
participants who like
to stay in peace & reserve. There are separate rooms for
girls & boys. The host
camp has some house rules that have to be followed by the
participant (no
smoking, no alcohol in the camp). The host camp is also having a
separate
space for smoking. All the residential area is smoking free
zone. The camp is
an ideal stay option for Interns.

Host Family (Jaipur)
The host family stay option is one of the most safe,
comfortable, culturally
enriched stay options for students & other participants in
India. We have a
good network & association with 25 host families in India to
provide an
authentic Indian stay style to our participants. All the host
families are either a
nuclear family having a couple & their children or a joint
family. All the
families are middle-upper class level. The host houses are
nearby basic
amenities like markets, gymnasium, salon, public transportation
& shopping
malls. This is the most demanding & comfortable stay option.
The purpose of
this stay option is to provide an experience to see live the
real culture,
tradition, customs & beliefs of India. All the families are
interviewed before
association with Aii. Female participants usually get stay in a
host family with
a host sister and same goes with the male participants. The
participants will
stay like a part of the family and will be participating in
various festivals &
occasions with the family. The feedback that we have received
from the
participants is really encouraging.
