EL TIEMPO DE DIOS O le ponemos atención o ignora-mos “la hora del r e l o j ” , c u a n d o jugamos en el sol del verano y no-tamos la inclina-ción de la Tierra y la prolongación de los días. Vivimos en el tiempo. Mar-

camos el tiempo en segundos, minutos y horas, o habla-mos de segmentos más largos como la hora de la cena o el verano. Dios marca el tiempo de otra manera. Dios nos habla de “ahorrar tiempo”, es decir, el tiempo de la salvación. Este sentido del tiempo se llama kairos, y esta vez es siempre ahora, siempre presente y disponible, siempre revelador. A menudo sorprendente. Las lecturas de este domingo nos alertan sobre la realidad y la importancia del tiempo de Dios. Ezequiel y el Evangelio según San Marcos nos recuerdan que nuestro trabajo y nuestros planes dependen de Dios. Porque Él toma nuestros pequeños esfuerzos y hace de ellos grandes obras. Pablo nos señala el tiempo de la “cosecha”, nos insta a estar atentos a su cumplimiento y nos llama a reconocer que debemos dedicar nuestro tiempo a agradar a Dios.

LAS BODAS SON RITOS RELIGIOSOS

Muchas parejas se casan durante este mes. Las bodas son ritos religiosos y culturales que celebran el inicio de un matrimonio. En 1215 el matrimonio se convirtió en sacramento cristiano. Este sacramento tiene un rito simple por el cual la pareja se casa proclamando en público su mutuo consentimiento. En Latinoamérica varios ritos culturales han sido incorporados al rito cristiano para embellecerlo con simbolismo y folclor. Uno de estos ritos es el de las arras y es mencionado por Jesús en la parábola de la mujer que encuentra su moneda perdida. Según tradiciones judías y árabes la familia del novio entregaba una cantidad de dinero al padre de la novia. Algunas de estas monedas eran dadas a la novia como recuerdo del día de su boda. Esta costumbre llega a España durante la invasión de los Moros. Pero luego los españoles la trajeron a América. Arras significan “garantía” y son las primicias del sostenimiento económico que el novio dará a la nueva familia que se establece en el matrimonio de la pareja. Normalmente son 13 monedas representando a Jesús y a los doce apóstoles.

Padre es quien te guía por buen camino, que con amor enseña a sus niños, hombre trabajador de sacrificio, que trata a su familia con cariño.

Hombre con virtudes y de-fectos, tan grande y con corazón inmenso. Lo que aprendas estando consigo lo recordaras toda tu vida.

Siempre está cuando lo necesites, seas hombre grande o niño pequeño, él te consuela cuando estas triste, te apoya en las metas y los sueños.

Aquel que te enseña cuando no sabes, corrige cuando estas equivocado, inteligente y con mucha experiencia, da la vida por tenerte a su lado.

Te reprende cuando te has desviado. Se enternece y se calma abrazando. Siempre sufre cuando tú te alejas, teme perderte y termina llorando.

Padre es quien da soporte al hogar, brinda seguridad en las angustias. Pide respeto al hijo adolescente, pero al pequeño regala ternuras.

No importa el regalo que puedas hacerle, si no el afecto que le puedas dar, con un “Te quiero”, con un abra-zo, dulce y cariñoso de verdad. Padre, en especial hoy, que es tu día, quiero regalarte esta poesía, quiero decirte que cuentas con mi-

go, y que por siempre serás mi amigo, PAPA!
