    1 Introduction

Altogether with the progress of Internet technologies and growing requirements for computer applications, Cloud Computing happened to be a multi-service supplier which provides the sharing data about information, software, and open sources inside the environment related to Internet. In October 2007, cloud computing made its initial introduction to the community via the collaboration between two computing corporations, I.B.M and Google; since then, this new perception conveyed a wide range of influences and alterations to various areas which were applicable to information technology (IT) (Armbrust et al., 2010). This study is targeted at the comprehensive explanation about the definition of cloud computing and how cloud computing could make the impact on present and upcoming progress in its industry via an overview literally.

    2 Conclusion

This report has introduced cloud computing by its definition as well as characteristic, both general and technical view point. Moreover, its benefits as well as drawbacks have been examined through deeply investigation of prior researches. Impacts of cloud computing has been also reviewed. From literature review, it is trusted by a lot of economic analysts that cloud computing will make an invocation of a big impact on the computing field. For such corporations which own a big range of investing on datacenters and software infrastructure, they might turn into cloud computing suppliers with the below expansions: rising margins, encouraging effectiveness of present investing, protecting a franchise, developing fames, strengthening client connections, and turning into a platform.
