What’s Included: We are offering an all inclusive Ceremony and Cocktail Reception Package at Mounts Bay Sailing
Club so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy being engaged! All you have to do is choose a Date
and we will take it from there.
The times below are a guideline and we are flexible with this. You are also able to extend to a
late finish if you wish.

THE DETAILS
CEREMONY
Celebrant: Our celebrant takes care of all the documents you need to be legally married. You will get to meet
our celebrant face to face in her office. Our package includes meeting, documents and of course the
Ceremony on your chosen date with your own music choices on our system.
Ceremony Set Up & Styling: We offer a choice of: Arbor’s, (White or Dark) with Fresh Flowers to match your style, Vintage Sign
Table with 2 chairs, 24 chairs set up ceremony style and with 5 different style of chairs to choose
from, you won’t be disappointed and a choice of an aisle runner. And last but not least a Vintage
Style Chalkboard with your names on to welcome your guests.

Flowers: - Choose from our selection or feel free to give us your own image of bouquet which will
be used as a base to match the Arbor flowers, cake flowers and mason jars of flowers.

• 2 Groomsmen Buttonholes (Baby Breath)
• 2 Bridesmaids Babies Breath Bouquets
• Delivery of flowers to the venue
You are welcome to order extra bouquets, buttonholes, flower crowns etc if you like so feel free to
ask for more detail
Photography:
2 hours. This starts from 4.30pm until 6.30pm, covering ceremony, family, bridal party and couple
shots around your chosen location. You will receive an email a few weeks after your wedding telling
you that your edited, high resolution and water mark free images are ready to be downloaded and a
pin to access them. You can then download them onto your device, create favourite lists and you can
even send the pin number to others so they can download too. NOTE: If you would like a longer
Photoshoot, we would be happy to arrange extra time for you at $300 per hour.

Please note: If the Riverside Bar is preferred then only bottled beers & cider will be served
All Service Staff, Bar, Equipment, Glassware and Ice are included!

Cake: Our talented Cake designer’s Cakes not only look incredible, but they are seriously tasty too! This will
be a 2 tier Cake in the style, colour and flavour of your choice and we have several of them for you
to choose from. Decorated with Fresh Flowers that match your Bouquet. A Cake Table and Cake
Cutting and plating is included.
Wishing Well: We have a cute vintage suitcase wishing well set up with lace and décor to suit the theme.
Cocktail Furniture and Décor:
o 5 x Wine Barrels with 16 Bar Stools,
o Outdoor Couch Set (i.e. 3-seater couch, 2-seater couch, 4 armchairs & 2 Coffee Tables)
o 26 Ceremony chairs set into groups around 5 small coffee tables.
o Wooden Pallet Screen Backdrop (in front of the Canteen Service area)
o Flowers in mason jars, Candles and Festoon Lights to decorate the Venue
Music: We supply a Music system for you to play your wedding playlist from and a micro phone for
speeches. However, if you would like very loud music, we recommend hiring a DJ – we recommend
the ENVY EVENT GROUP so feel free to ask for their details.

Event Co-ordination: We include 2 meetings in our package with our Event Co-ordinator, The First Meeting allows her to
run through the detail with you and help you to understand how it works and the second meeting is
held 6-8 weeks before your special day to finalise all details.
We are always available by phone or email if you have a question in between or just need some
advice. We plan and organise all of these things, so you literally don't have to do anything.
Event Manager: An Approved Event Manager will be on site to oversee and manage all suppliers and ensure that everyone has a fantastic time!
Guests: This package is based 50 guests, but numbers are not limited to that – you are welcome to invite more guests in line with what your Venue can accommodate. Any additional guests will be charged at $125 per person.

Total cost: $16 990 incl GST
Deposit required to book is $3 000
Please note that one payment to Pop Up Vintage Weddings is required to secure the booking at
MBSC. We pay the venue deposit on your behalf and send you the Booking confirmation.
Full balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding.
A refundable security deposit of $1000 is payable directly to MBSC 2 weeks before the Wedding.
You are more than welcome to come in and chat further if you would like to discuss in detail. We are
available during normal office hours and based in Bibra Lake.

Included in your package is our crafted grazing table styled with a selection of charcuterie
meats and fine cheeses sourced locally & internationally. Served with house pickles,
traditional condiments crisp and fresh breads. The perfect entry piece to everyone’s appetite!
