1976 Founded in Bremen by Walter Kopf & Johann Lübben
1978 Acquisition of K.-H. Ratje Überseespedition, founded in
1954
1987 Opening of a branch in Hamburg with the acquisition ofW.
Lohmann & Co.
1992 Founding of the NVOCC International Cargo Line (ICL)
1994 Accreditation as an IATA air freight agent
1997 Rotterdam branch opened
1998 Transition to the next generation. The new shareholders are
Thomas Manigk and Christina Manigk (née Kopf)

2015 New corporate identity in conjunction with the extension of
