    Volunteers are a vital

    resource for Norwood.

    We welcome and value

    their involvement because

    we appreciate the unique

    and special contribution

    they make in enabling

    the people we support to

    live the lives they want.

Giving your time to Norwood can be a hugely rewarding experience

and as a volunteer you will be part of a very special network that is

    growing every day.

At Norwood we value volunteers time enormously. This means that

when you join us, well be committed to ensuring that you have the

best possible experience with us whilst helping you to achieve your

personal volunteering objectives. In turn, this helps us to

provide the best possible service to the people that we

support. Norwood is in the process of attaining the national

Investing in Volunteers (IiV) quality standard to reflect our

commitment to volunteers, so youll be in good hands.

Volunteering with Norwood haschanged my life by giving me both a

sense of joy and reward. By helpingothers, I hope that I am able to

contribute to improving the lives of both

those less fortunate and those who are

starting off on lifes long journey.
