TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICING & SPECIFICATIONEvery effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information supplied by W. White (Wholesale) Ltd.W. White (Wholesale) Ltd withholds the right to change pricing or specification on all items listed without prior notice. Correct application & fitment of all items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.NB: Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Whites Fitments are a reference only!

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure compatibility prior to fitting. Opened original packaging renders items non returnable.

PAYMENTPayment of accounts is strictly due 20th of the month following invoice, except where alternative credit terms have been agreed. Overdue accounts are subject to STOP CREDIT status. Consistently overdue accounts are subject to closure.

RETURNS FOR CREDITCredits sought for returned goods are at the vendors discretion & are subject to the following conditions:1. Permission to return goods that are considered

faulty, or that have been incorrectly ordered by the purchaser must be obtained in advance of their return. NB: Goods purchased by indent order or on run-out terms (refer below conditions) are not returnable under any circumstances.

2. Goods must be returned within 7 days of invoice date & be accompanied by a credit request stating the reason for their return & quoting the invoice number or enclosing a copy of the invoice;

3. Any discrepancies in invoiced items must be notified within 5 days of date of invoice;

4. Goods must be in an unused & unmarked condition in the manufacturers/suppliers packaging & be suitable for resale;

5. Returned goods must be freight paid. Under no circumstances will goods for return be accepted freight forward. NB: The cost of returning goods that have been incorrectly supplied by Whites Powersports may be credited to a customers account where all relevant information has been supplied;

6. Goods that have been correctly supplied by Whites & which have been returned for credit (after the necessary permission has been obtained) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $15.00;

7. Goods returned via Whites Reps will incur a 15% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $25.00. It is not the job of Company Reps to collect credit returns;

8. Where 2 or more items are freighted for sizing purposes & the invoice is marked Sale or Return & all items are returned (i.e. nothing purchased) a 15% restocking fee will apply. NB: A Stockist Dealer of the product supplied will not incur this fee. For example, when a Bridgestone stockist returns Bridgestone product purchased on a sale or return basis, no restocking fee will be charged providing the product is returned as per the above conditions; and

9. Credit invoices are enclosed with Whites end of the month statements.

ELECTRO SPORTWhites Power Sports Ltd warrants to the original customer, for the life of each product, that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Whites Power Sports Ltd will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Whites Power Sports Ltd on an exchange basis, and at W White (Wholesale) Ltds sole option will be either new or refurbished that is functionally equivalent to new.Whites Power Sports Ltd provides a one year limited warranty for electronic components. This limited hardware warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials of our products for up to one year, and does not cover damage to this product that results from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), damage from incorrect cabling, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.This warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective products, as provided above. WISECONo Warranty applies to any Wiseco product if:1. It has been used in a manner, or to an extent which

is inconsistent with ordinary use.

2. It has been used in any form of motorcycle racing or competition, or if any Wiseco branded product has been fitted to an engine with racing or competition spec.

3. It is not fitted by a suitably qualified motorcycle tradesperson.

PISTONS : Wiseco limited warranty conditions apply. Follow fitment instructions included with the piston kit. Ensure all tolerances are correct before fitting.This warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective products, as provided above. CHECK FOR PROPER FITWith Helmet on, go through the following checklist

Does the inner lining fit snugly around your entire head? Does the top pad press closely around the dome of your

head? Are the cheek pads in contact with your cheeks? Does the brow lining fit snugly against your brow? - you

should not be able to insert fingers between the lining and brow.

Take hold of helmet with a hand on each side. Without moving head, try to move the helmet up & down, side to side (Diagram B). You should feel the skin of your head & face being pulled as you try to move the helmet. If you can move helmet around easily, it is too big and you should try a smaller size.

CHECK THE RETENTION SYSTEMTightening the chinstrap correctly is extremely important. If your chinstrap is loose, the shock of an impact may knock your helmet off, leaving your head completely unprotected. DO NOT use a helmet that can be rolled off your head with chinstrap fastened. Follow this procedure to check your helmets retention system;

Fasten the chinstrap so that it is tight against your chin (No slack in the strap should be allowed).

With the chinstrap secured, put hands on the back of the helmet and try to push helmet off by rotating it forward.

Next, put hands on the front of helmet above forehead (or on chinguard) & try to push helmet off by rotating it rearward (as shown in Diagram C). If helmet starts to come off in either direction do not use this helmet, as either the helmet is too big or chinstrap is not tightened properly.

To securely fasten the D-ring retention system, thread the end of the chinstrap through the D-ring (Diagram D) and pull tight against your throat. After securely fastening, snap the chinstrap end snap onto D-ring strap to secure the loose end.

HELMET FITTING

GUIDELINESDETERMINE PROPER FIT

Measure your head size by wrapping a cloth tape measure horizontally around your head at approx. 2.5 cm above eyebrows. This will give you a measurement of the largest portion of your head.

Select the helmet that is closest to your head size. Often a measurement will fall between helmet sizes. In this case try the smaller of the two first.

TRY ON HELMET Expand helmet opening with your hands then slide

your head into it. Pull chinstraps only (Diagram A), not chinstrap covers. If helmet is not snug around dome of your head it may be too big for you. The snug fit of a proper fit may be a bit obtrusive initially, but snug is precisely how it should fit.
