Dear Valued Customer,
On behalf of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support team at Air-bus Helicopter, I am pleased to introduce our 2014 Customer ServiceDirectory. This directory has been created to provide you with a guideto contacts and product information for Airbus Helicopter. The elec-tronic version maintained on our website at www.airbusheli-coptersinc.com will be updated throughout the year.
Effective February 2014, American Eurocopter and its parent companyEurocopter now fly under the new banner of Airbus Helicopters. Weare a proud member of the Airbus Group. Our focus is unchanged; weremain a full-service helicopter company within the Airbus Groupfocused on providing you the highest quality rotorcraft products andservices. We work every day to meet these high standards that weknow matter to you.
In 2013 we launched the “in the field” initiative to better understandyour needs. We completed 300 customer visits in 2013 resulting in aclearer understanding of your operational constraints and have madeadjustments in our processes to meet your requirements. We collec-tively improved the spares purchasing process by improving the per-centage of planned orders avoiding “rush” or “AOG” orders. Thisimproves our ability to put parts in your hands on-time and to meetyour operational availability requirements. In 2014 our objectives areto assure you predictable delivery of material and to assist you in low-ering direct maintenance costs.
In 2013 we achieved a 95% Technical Support customer satisfactionrating. The EC 225 was successfully returned to service. We providedadditional specialized training to our technical representatives to bet-ter respond to your support needs in a timely fashion. In 2014 we willroll-out electronic publications. We will also provide the technical sup-port for the EC 145T2 entry into the US market and are preparing forthe EC175 entry into service in 2015.
All of our customers now have access to electronic parts quotes, elec-tronic ordering of material and technical publications. 2013 enhance-ments include the “SHIP COMPLETE” function which allows an orderto be a single shipment, lessening freight expense; search featuresinclude “NATO code” and by delivery number. Also added in 2013 is a“LOG OUT” feature which improves performance and an addition of anextra alert in the “MY ALERTS” section enabling automated availabilityof your account statement. Technical publications are now availablefor all aircraft models. Thank you for your continued support of Key-copter, the Airbus Helicopters customer portal. These enhancementsare a direct result of your feedback, so please continue to provide usyour requirements.
Our training offerings have been expanded to provide training for theAS350B3e and EC130 T2 including Differences Training for both pilotsand maintainers. We also provide support for certified Part 142 train-ing for the EC135, EC155, and AS332. This year will continue to focuson supporting customers’ training needs with flexible class schedulesand customized training offerings.
We take great pride in being entrusted with your business and provid-ing you world class helicopter customer support. We are dedicated toproviding you on-time deliveries, timely responsiveness to your sup-port needs and working with you to assure the highest levels of air-craft readiness at the most competitive operating costs. Your com-plete satisfaction is our priority.
Sincerely,
Peter CutlerVP – Customer Support
