Lunch Sponsorship : $2,000 Lunch speakers include four well-respected speakers from provider, payer, physician, and data analysis organizations who will discuss their plans.

Morning Break Sponsorship : $1,500 Governor Gary Herbert will be speaking at breakfast on “Emergency Preparedness on Utah”.

The morning break is in-between a Utah Department of Health expert and a Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Ebola expert.

Afternoon Break Sponsorship : $1,500 The afternoon break is in-between a presentation on project management and one on leadership provided by two executives at Intermountain Healthcare.

Corporate Table: $900 Invite corporate clients, investors, or personnel to share a table of eight with your company’s logo as the centerpiece.

Exhibitor Tabletop : $850 Exhibitor tables are the perfect way to showcase your organization and its products. Tabletop displays are the only exhibitions allowed at the conference due to space limitations. Each exhibitor is provided with complimentary wireless internet service, a draped six foot table, one 110 V power outlet, and Two Complimentary Attendee Passes to the conference. Additional company representatives are $30 each.

All meal sponsorships include an exhibitor tabletop, your organization’s logo and bio in the conference brochure, recognition from the podium, and recognized corporate seating for your staff or guests.
