Greatness can’t be achieved. You can’t earn it. It cannot be bought. It cannot be

found “out there” somewhere. This Greatness need only be discovered,

uncovered, and unveiled – because it has always been INside you.

~Rachel Thalmann An INspired Evolution

How do I show up to situations?

Which hat am I choosing to wear?

Catabolic

Anabolic

Every thought has an energetic consequence.

THOUGHTS EMOTIONS ACTIONS

Strategy

Thoughts: What are you telling yourself?

Emotions: What are you feeling? What is the trigger?

Actions: How are you choosing to respond? How will your response benefit you and those around you? How have your thoughts led to action or inaction?

2. Thoughts

What story am I telling myself?

How do I change it or stop telling it altogether?

Judgment is labeling yourself or another person as somehow worth less because of their behavior or attitude. It reflects an attitude of exclusivity and impaired fear. Judgment is a form of trying to stay safe and not be taken advantage of.

Discernment is seeking to see clearly the attitudes and behaviors of another for the purpose of making trustworthy decisions in relationships. Discernment has a questioning attitude of healthy fear and appropriate doubt. Discernment grows out of seeking truth, not safety.

Glossary of Heart: Judgment vs. Discernment

Values

3. Judgment

How do my values, opinions and labels impact my judgments?

How might I increase my curiosity?

3 Ways

Serenity Prayer

“God, grant me the serenity to

accept the things I can not change,

the courage to change the things

I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

“God, grant me the serenity to

accept the people I cannot change, the courage to

change the one I can, and the

wisdom to know—it’s me!”
