In the Asean Youths, after 3 exciting rounds of Swiss following the initial round robin, CBLT 1 outscored the other 11 teams to become the champion in that category. Congratulations!! In the Asean Open, yesterday’s 7 rounds saw many ups and downs. Eventually Geo Timah, Ambassador, Rylai and Geely Auto made it to the finals, to be played in 3 16-board matches today. Sweden/Philippines and Colombo Cavaliers will compete for the non-Asean title. Good luck to all of you. 2 Champions Crowned

After 2 round robins and 120 boards played, West Java won the Asean Women Team

with a 17-VP margin. In the Asean Youths, after 3 exciting rounds of Swiss following

the initial round robin, CBLT 1 outscored the other 11 teams to become the

champion in that category. Congratulations!!

In the Asean Open, yesterday’s 7 rounds saw many ups and downs. Eventually Geo

Timah, Ambassador, Rylai and Geely Auto made it to the finals, to be played in 3

Interest Please A. BALI is famous for its traditional dances of which the Barong and Kris Dance is one. Our

first stop in thi stour is to enjoy the skilful Balinese dancers within this performance

before visiting the talented Balinese artist in their workshops. The journey proceeds

then throughout the beautiful lake and ends up at the fascinating Bali Bird Park.

BARONG AND KRIS DANCE

This dance describe and signifies the eternal fight between good and evil spirit, and ends up with the

magical Kris (dagger) dance.

CELUK VILLAGE

Renowned for its filigree silver and gold jewellery at very reasonable price. There will be a charge for you

to see the silver and gold smiths at work.

MAS VILLAGE

You will find the intricate work of woodcarving the mascot of Bali in this village. An opportunity to enjoy

the woodcarvers at work and to pick up some stuffs home.

KINTAMANI – MOUNT BATUR

This is the place where you can gaze magnificent view of Mount Batur and its stunning Lake Batur. Lunch

is available here but not included.

TAMPAKSIRING HOLY SPRING

A historic temple built around the fresh holy spring of which the local villagers believe as the fountain of

youth. A Presidential Palace built by first Indonesian President is adjacent to this place.

BALI BIRD PARK

Before returning to your hotel, we visit the Bali Bird Park where hundreds of rarest and most beautiful

birds on earth will surprise you in tropical flora. Walk throught the amazing garden and enjoy the

opportunity to watch giant lizard known as Komodo relax at sunbathing.

MENGWI TEMPLE

MONKEY FOREST – ALAS KEDATON

About 7 kilo meters west of Mengwi, near to village of Alas Kedaton, there lies the scared monkey forest.

You will find an unique grove of nutmeg trees around this area, fruit bats and of course monkeys.

TANAH LOT TEMPLE

A spectacular temple built on top of a rock about 200 meters offshore will turn out to be a wonderful

silhouette as the Suns sets right behind the temple unforgettable!!

C. The east part of Bali is dominated by the presence ot towering Mount Agung (3142

Meters), Bali’s most sacred and highest volcano, eruptingviolently in 1963. Besakih

Temple built at one of its slope is regarded to be the biggest and the holiest temple in

Bali, and it one of our highlight. Within this tour, you will also be reminded to the Bali

old way of life and the factual effect of the eruption.

KEMENUH

The village of woodcarvers where you will see how the make beautiful statues out of a piece of wood in a

Balienese home industry.

KLUNGKUNG

Klungkung is the capital of a regency bearing the same name, was once the most important centre of

Bali’s kingdom and a great artistic and cultural focal point. The painted ceiling of the kerta Ghosa (Hall of

Justice) depicting awaiting evil – doers in hell and the lighr of the God in heaven is superb example of

architecture.

BESAKIH TEMPLE

Located at slope of Mount agung with a quite high altitude and dedicated to the gods and spirits dwilling

at this holiest place, this temple servers as the most important temple and the pinnacle of the sacred to

the Balinese, of which people refer to “Mother Temple” of Bali. There Is a path that will give you an

opportunity to walk around the temple.

BUKIT JAMBUL

Overlooking astonishing landspace of Biki Jambul with the background of low lan of Klungkung and south

sea, this place is a perfect stop for lunch. However, lunch is not included.

TENGANAN

One of the few rmaining Bali Aga (Original) villages in Bali, Tenganan is a walled village full of unusual

customs, festivals and practices. Although the Bali Aga are reputed to be exceptionally conservative, the

modern age has not been totally held at bay.

D. A drive through the main road leads you to the coast, winding up the mountain. Offering

magnificent views until some 1.200 meters above sea level, where a stirking panorama is

revealed.

BEDUGUL

You will see lake Beratan and the Hindu / Budhist temple of Ulun Danu. This temple is dedicated to the

goodess of water dwilling around the area, who is much referred as source of fertility.

LAKE BUYAN &TAMBLINGAN

Located further north are win lakes of Buyan and Tambling.The rainforest surrounding the lakes has lain

untouched for more than 1000 years, and it is home to spiecies of birds trees, flowers unseen elsewhere

on the island. See and feed the monkeys too.

LOVINA BEACH

Descending quickly down the mountain., you will find yourself at singaraja, which has been for hundreds

of years Bali’s traditional point of contact with the outside world. Lovina beach is located only a couple of

kilometers west of Singarja, a nice and quite beach covered with black sand best for relaxing. Lunch is

avaible here, but not included.

It is internationally fomous for art and painting. Thousands of Balinese and foreign artists have dedicated

their lives to the arts. Some are modern. contemporer and decorative art as well as painting.
