03/05/2009 Placed for sale sign Placed a Prudential Fox & Roach For Sale sign on the property.

03/05/2009 Installed Lock Box Installed an electronic lock box on the front door.

03/06/2009 Seller Disclosure The seller's disclosure was added to the multiple listing servicefor agents and buyers to review.

03/06/2009 Advertising Submitted listing to the Marketing Dept for future ad placement.

03/08/2009 Just Listed Cards Just Listed Postcards were sent out to your neighborhood or anearby neighborhood. These are sent to generate activity fromfriends or relatives that neighbors may know about.

03/08/2009 Pictures Took multiple pictures of the interior and exterior of the buildingand/or grounds. These will be used in advertising, brochures,flyers and internet campaigns, guided tours, multiple listingservices etc

03/09/2009 Showing Buyers didn't like the fact that Route 1 was behind the house.

03/12/2009 Showing Buyers really liked the house and grounds but not the road.

03/17/2009 Broker's Open House A broker's open house was scheduled to introduce Realtors andBrokers to the new listing. Invitations were sent out to all areareal estate offices. Lunch was served. Critique sheets werecompleted by agents that attended the broker's open. Thirty twoagents attended the open house today. The critique sheetswere reyiewed with the seller oyer the ohone.

03/17/2009 Showing A buyer walked into the brokers open house and wanted to lookaround. She works for the golf course. Wants to bring herhusband back.

05/04/2009 Emailed seller Emailed to seller a list of activity on the property.

05/07/2009 Pictures Took additional front pictures to update flyers, internet andwebsites.

05/07/2009 Showing Buyers seemed to like the house. They had an appointmentwith another agent that same day to look at Bancroft Woods andHighland Glen. They are to get back to me if interested. Theywould not share contact information with me.

05/11/2009 Sign Rider Put on a sign rider that says "Ask about $8000 Tax Credit".

05/11/2009 Mailing Sent out 100 flyers to move up market in Kennett School Districtwith Property Info, Mortgage Info, and Tax Credit Info.

Marketing is ongoing and consistent. Advertising, flyers, websites, and multiple listing information are constantlyupdated and reviewed to make sure your property is fresh and in front of agents and buyers at all times. Commentsfrom agents and buyers should be reviewed to see if there is any consistency of an item. If so, determine if it can beremedied easily enough to make it go away. Some things can't change such as location or schools. But, if a conditionissue keeps arising, you should address it as soon as possible so that buyers have one less issue to be concerned with.
