Dear Mr Esposito Enclosed i s a summary of the-RCRA Subtitle C inspection of Union Chemical Company that was performed j o i n t l y by theEnvironmental Proshytection Agency and the Department of Environmental Protection on Feb 2 1934 Two 4eficiencias were noted at the time of the inspection

1) Inadequate aisle space in drum storage area AOC-FR 26335

2) Unable to inspect drainage systems as dike was f u l l of ice and water 4CCFR 2651(A)U)
