1.1 Case 1: S-a-a-S Model and Cloud based S-a-a-S Model

In S-a-a-S model the software will be installed in institute premises, in which the cost of thesoftware will be based on the number of students getting registered in the software. Also, because

the software will be installed in institute premises thus the basic hardware required like server,backup server, UPS and firewall along with the required software like operating system and anti-

virus will be the responsibility of the institute.In Cloud based S-a-a-S model the software will be installed in Adas cloud computing server, inwhich the cost of the software will be based on the number of students getting registered in thesoftware. Also, because the software is hosted remotely, users don't need to invest in additional

basic hardware’s and software’s and security. It also removes the need for organizations to handlethe installation, set-up, up-grades and often daily upkeep and maintenance.

1.1.5 Payment Structure

First Year:

30% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 with purchase order.

15% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 after analysis.

25% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 after successful deployment.

From 2nd Year Onwards

25% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 in advance in the 1st quarter of next session.

25% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 in advance in the 2nd quarter of next session.

25% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 in advance in the 3rd quarter of next session.

25% of total cost based on case1, case2, case3 in advance in the 4th quarter of next session.








1.2 Case 2: Complete purchase of the software

In one time purchase the institute authority will be purchasing the complete software in one time

license basis. In this case the software will be installed in the institute premises, thus the basichardware required like server, backup server, UPS and firewall along with the required software like

operating system and anti-virus will be the responsibility of the institute.
