Site Description This parcel has 26.5 acres above the high water mark on the east side of St. Mary’s Lake. The parcel has approximately 1,428 feet of lake frontage. The site is located in Fayal Township, approximately 3 miles south of Eveleth. The parcel is level to gently rolling with moderate to steep slopes to the shore of St. Mary’s Lake with a mix of aspen, basswood, ash, and balsam tree cover. The area is easily accessible for possible residential development of multiple home sites.

Zoning: RES, Residential-7; This zoning type allows for residential development of lots with 150 feet of frontage/width and 1 acre of land. Other uses are allowed via conditional use permit. St. Mary’s Lake is a recreational development lake and the setback is 100 feet. Please contact the St. Louis County Environmental Services/Planning & Zoning for additional information regarding permissible uses.
License: This property is subject to DNR license #144-062-2118 issued to Fayal Township for liquid underground pipeline.

Directions to Property
From Eveleth proceed south on MN-37 W/US-53 S approximately 1.8 miles and turn left onto Pine Drive, proceed east approximately 0.6 miles to Miller Trunk Road. Turn right and head southeast approximately 0.7 miles to the site of property.
