This year, the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) marks its 25th year of celebrating our vibrant local dining scene. Our passion for food has always been at the heart of this annual event, with opportunities to showcase our multicultural food heritage, explore new culinary innovations and showcase local talents. During the Singapore Food Festival 2017, McDonald’s launched the Nasi Lemak burger. The burger was such a huge hit that it sold out within two weeks. This year, the global food giant will once again be launching a delicious new menu that takes its cue from more Singaporean flavours. Be sure to look out for updates on the menu!

Explore the rich Eurasian food culture with a cooking demonstration by well-known chef Quentin Pereira.
