Worship leaderI was unexpectedly recruited for the worship leading role at Wayne State College CRU at the beginning of my sophomore year. I spent the next 3 years leading worship for the weekly gathering of 150 college students. It involved selecting songs, building a team of volunteers, executing rehearsals, and developing people.

worship leaderI setup bookings and helped train and develop the NC #GO Band (an outreach band of students). I've learned the value of teach-ability in worship leading and the impor-tance of intentional communication and planning.
