InuenzaA(1).Everyyear36,000peoplediefromInuenzamakingitthe6thleadingcauseofdeathinAmerica(1).TheCDCestimatesthatitwouldcostAmerica$71166billionifwehaveanInuenzaepidemictoday.Approximately1inevery1,000swineupatientsdiesfromtheinfection.This is close to the same rate we have been seeing the past ew years but antigenic drit and antigenicshiftmaycreateanewandfatalformofInuenzathathumanshavenoimmunityagainst(2).Anti-genic drit is a variation within the HN sub-type. Discussion:
H1N1 is a serious threat to our healthand way o lie. The best way to treatinfuenza is to prevent it. Preventionproduces a problem in that drugs haveserious side eects and cannot be usedby the entire population and should notbe used or long periods o time. Theother problem is that approximatelythree ourths o the people who havedied rom H1N1 infuenza have suc-cumbed to a secondary bacterial inec-tion in the lungs and no antiviral drugwill treat this condition.
Inordertocontrolanepidemic,alltypes o treatment should be employedincluding prescription drugs, vitamins,
mineral, herbs, proper hygiene, air ltra-tion, water ltration and the proper useo diet and nutritional supplements,especially the newly patented, FDA ap-provedSilverSoltechnology.SilverSoldestroys bacteria, viruses, and mold so itdemonstrates broader spectrum o activ-ity than any antibiotic or antiviral drug.Itcanbetakendailyduethefactthatit passes through the body unchanged,and can prevent viral inections, treatthem and work synergistically with
