Administration Details1. (Recommended) Notify parents about the Last

EVER Community Software Plan via your school newsletter. (See www.edalive.com/csp/ and click on the Australian link and then the newsletter link for wording suggestions. Don’t forget to mention the 50% Education Tax Refund.)

2. Distribute leafl ets one per family. If possible do this together with the school newsletter.

3. Ensure parents return completed orders by the due date indicated on the front of the fl yers. A newsletter note is a good idea.

4. Check each order - Name, Class and Payment details.

5. Ensure all cheque/postal order payments are made to EdAlive, not the school.

6. Photocopy all returned orders and retain copies for school records to aid in the distribution of the software when it arrives.

7. Collate all orders and complete the Master Order Form.

8. Use the Master Order Form to claim your school’s FREE Unlimited School Site Licence of an EdAlive title of your choice.

9. If your school has exceeded its Bonus Target then use the Master Order Form to claim the Bonus Reading for Literacy School-Wide Licence.

10. Place originals, payments and the completed Master Order Form in an envelope and post to: EdAlive, P.O. Box 658, Armidale 2350.

11. Allow 28 days for delivery of the children’s software, tax invoices and your school’s FREE software & licence.

12. Distribute software and accompanying tax invoices to children.

EVER CSP. EdAlive has created one last opportunity for parents to purchase quality educational software

It is very important that you prompt parents to return orders as close as possible to the date on the

front of the CSP Leafl et as late orders will need to be placed directly with EdAlive and willl incur a

postage & handling charge.

Your last chance EVER to order educational software from the CSP

Don’t miss your last chance EVER to order from the EdAlive Community Software Plan. The other week

leafl ets for the Last Ever CSP were distributed to the school community. The closing date for orders is

xx/xx/xx* (Please insert the closing date printed on the front of the leafl et) Please return your orders

to the front offi ce or your classroom teacher so that we can send them off. Please note that educational

software is eligible for the 50% Education Tax Refund so at tax time you will be able to claim back half

of the cost of these titles. Our school will receive FREE EdAlive software for participating in the CSP.
