• Technical Proposal– Product Demonstration Models

• Those offers submitting technical proposals on multiple solicitations will be required to submit only one package of product Demonstration Models for evaluations. YOU MUST CLEARLY LABEL ON THE PDM’S WHAT SOLICIATIONS THE PDM’S ARE BEING SUBMITTED UNDER.

• PDM’S ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE ARMY COMBAT UNIFORM COATS/TROUSERS (TYPE I Class 1)

– PDM’s can only be furnished with the offerors proposal at the time and date of the initial closing of the solicitation/subesquent submissions are not permitted.

• PDM’s are required for each place of performance listed under clause: 52.215-9020

– I.e. if you intend to subcontract a portion of this solicitation, a PDM must be submitted from the subcontractor’s place of performance

(a) This clause does not apply to the unrestricted portion of a partial set-aside.

(b) By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for --

(a) Definition. “Small business concern,” as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government
