Vinificação Vinification A vindima foi manual para caixas de 20
kg seguida de uma selecção decachos e bagos na adega. A uva foi
desengaçada sem ser esmagada efermentou em depósito de inox a 25ºC.
Parte do lote estagiou durante 9meses em barricas de carvalho
francês ao que se seguiu um estágio de 6meses em garrafa.
The harvest was manual in 20kg boxes, followed by a selection of
bunchesand grapes at the winery. The grape was de-stemmed without
beingcrushed and fermented in a stainless steel tank at 25 ºC. Part
of the batchaged for 9 months in French oak barrels followed by 6
months maturation inthe bottle.

Tasting notesNotas de prova Cor ruby concentrada. No nariz é
profundo, com notas de mirtilo, ameixamadura e chocolate negro. No
palato é amplo e equilíbrado, com taninospolidos que nos remetem
para um final longo e persistente.
Dark ruby colour. The nose is intense, with notes of blueberry,
ripe plumand dark chocolate. It is broad and balanced on the
palate, with polishedtannins that lead us to a long and persistent
finish.
