After a brief discussion; Chairman Deloney, Commissioner Quimby and Commissioner Weatherspoon agreed that the following action be taken in accordance with the E-Quote report dated July 13, 2011, a copy of which is on file in the Commission’s supplemental minute record: That the following requests for addition of product to the approved products list be approved for listing, effective July 31, 2011:
