Although each project has its own unique objectives, scope, and priorities, the deliverables outlined below assist in completing the initiation and planning steps in an ecient and eective manner. Lean Blueprint  The purpose of this phase is to create/update the business blueprint, which is a detailed process-oriented and technical documentation of the results gathered during requirements and design worshops or based on validation of prede!ned solution or service description. A blueprint consists of multiple documents illustrating how the compan" intends to run its business using #A$ solutions. Realization  The purpose of the reali%ation phase is to implement the business scenario and process requirements based on the business blueprint completed in the previous phase. &bjectives of this phase include' (. )stablishment of the solution landscape *. +mplementation of the !nal solution in the development environment . &verall testing of the solution within the qualit" environment . elease of the solution for production live0 operations 1. 2eliver" of training materials 3. $reparation for data migration and data archiving 4. +denti!cation of value deliver" concepts 5. $erformance testing Final Preparation  The purpose of the !nal preparation phase is to !nali%e readiness of the solution and its supporting tools and processes for production go live. This includes, but is not limited to, s"stem tests, end-user training, s"stem management, and cutover activities including data migration0. The phase deliverables also serve to enable the resolution of all crucial open issues. &n successful completion of this phase, the business is read" to run the live #A$ software s"stem. Go Live Support  The purpose of this phase is to provide support for the solution during the period immediatel" following production cutover. )6ceptional items such as additional production support, e6ceptional business monitoring processes, and e6traordinar" technical support are planned and e6ecuted in this phase.
