Poslovna zona "Lipova Greda" se nalazi sa obe strane magistralnog putaKozarska Dubica – Gradiška, i samo 10 km od graničnog prelaza DonjaGradina - Jasenovac (Hrvatska).

Autoput Zagreb - Beograd je udaljen samo 19 km i povezuje fabriku sa svimvažnijim gradovima u regiji i u Evropi (Zagreb 100 km, Beograd 322 km,Ljubljana 267 km)

U augustu 2012 poslije 100 dana gradnje pustili smo u radAGROCENTAR za otkup i preradu voća, povrća, gljiva temedicinskog i začinskog bilja.

Instalirana oprema:

- Univerzalna tunelska sušara sa kapacitetom od 21 t svježe šljive dnevno

- Kompletna proizvodna linija za pripremu za sušenje (prijem, pranje ičišćenje, inspekcijska oprema, oprema za odstranjivanje nečistoća,kalibrator)

- Kompletna proizvodna linija za tretman primarno osušenih proizvoda(kalibracija, rehidratacija, iskoštičavanje....)

- Moderna linija za pakovanje gotovih proizvoda

KAPACITET I MOGUĆNOSTI AGROCENTRA

U sklopu Agrocentra sagradili smo hladnjače (dvije komore) sakapacitetom 600 t svježe šljive, ali su idealne i za čuvanje ostalihsirovina ili gotovih proizvoda.AGROCENTAR je opremljen izuzetno modernom plinskomstanicom kao izvorom energenta za proizvodnju.Istovremeno, zahvaljujući inovativnosti, izgradili smo i modernuenerganu za zagrijavanje svih prostorija, koja kao izvor energijekoristi košpicu od šljive. Na ovaj način smo riješili i pitanje otpada,a i ostvarili ogromne uštede jer košpica kao nus proizvodamožemo imati i više desetina tona. Naravno, pazili smo da bude iefikasno i pokazalo se da je košpica radi svoje kalorijske vrijednostiidealan energent.U skladu sa instaliranom opremom AGROCENTAR zapošljava 20stalno zaposlenih radnika. Za sve dodatne ili sezonske aktivnostiangažujemo sezonske radnike čiji broj varira od 10 – 60, a uzavisnosti od proizvodnje koja je trenutno aktuelna.

I pored loše sezone 2014 za sve voćare, našiproizvodi su osvojili dvije zlatne i jednu srebrnumedalju na Novosadskom poljoprivrednom sajmu.Šljiva bez košpice je bila i pobjednik cijelog sajma iosvojila je veliku zlatnu medalju za kvalitet.

Daily capacity of our 3tunnels is over 20 t raw plum, thatmeans we can produce 300-350 tdried plum for the season.

Also we have modern ABL appleprocessing line for peeling andcutting apple so we producedried apple rings, slices, dicesand chips.

Daily capacity of this line is 6to 7 t raw apple and for theseason we can produce up to100 t different shape of driedapple.

All equipment is stainless steeland production is observed byqualified and trainedprofessionals with applicationof HACCP standard.

Next step is developing our own brand. We areredy to pack in smaller packages tailored toretail. Our plan is to cower with these branddomestic and foreign markets, for witch weneed serious partners. Of course, we are redy toproduce for interested partners, under theirbrand (private label)

What is Kabuki? Crunchy coated peanuts, called kabukim in Hebrew,

are a popular snack in Israel. Kabukim are commonlysold by weight at corner stores where fresh nuts andseeds are sold, though they are also availablepackaged. The coating typically consists of flour, salt,starch, lecithin, and sometimes sesame seeds. Anadditional variety of crunchy coated peanuts popularin Israel is "American peanuts". The coating of thisvariety is thinner but harder to crack.

In the rest of the world it is also known as Japanesestyle peanuts - a large peanut coated with a crunchyshell flavored with a hint of soy sauce. One taste andyou will understand just how addicting these are!Ironically, Japanese Peanuts are what many touristsdiscover and relish during their visit to Mexico.

The origin of the name Kabuki is from Japanesetraditional theater where actors cowering their facesusing rise powder as a base mask for characteristicstage make-up.

From establishing of sector AGRO – Bel, special attention is focused

on creating high-quality partner relationships with farmers in the

region. This relationship is based on mutual respect and trust.

Today sector AGRO – Bel cooperates with more than 500 farmers

from teritories Laktaši, Gradiška, Banja Luka, Prijedor, Srbac,

Kozarska Dubica i Novi Grad.

Previous subcontractors are most manufacturers fruit from the

region POTKOZARJE and cooperation is based in the fact that our

company is one of the largest purveyors with all repromaterijal in fruit

production in one hand, and on the other hand is one of the largest

purchasers fresh fruit in the region.Except supplaying with repromaterials, professional teams ofAGRO– Bel are since start of the season constantly with producers.Practically „from cutting to harvest“, witch in further ensures thequality and quantity of their production, as well as quality of rawmaterials that we expect in our factory.

COOPERATION WITH SUBCONTRACTORS

Adult education is a normal form of education in the World.

On the territory of the former Yugoslavia learning and education in

middle age is a novelty. The motives for the establishment of

institutions for adult education, stemming from the need of "EKO -

BEL" doo for collectors of wild plants, herbs, berries and

mushrooms.

It is very important that, when it comes to collecting commercially

exploitable wild species to be done at the optimum time and in a

manner suited to the further use of the collected plants, or fungi. An

extremely important aspect is security measures, collectors, and

nature, and taking the necessary measures that will lead to

biodiversity conservation .

AGROCENTAR PHASE II

Supply and instalation of equipement for procesing herbs and

medicinal plants, wild berries and mushrooms, with special

emphasis on the production line for essential oils and other

extracts.

2014 was the year with extremely poor conditions for agricultural

production and processing because of the disastrous floods in May and

August. All this has led to an inability to obtain raw materials, so we were

forced to hire capacities in a way that we service – dried for other

companies in BiH. As a result, last year we managed to overcome lossless,

and LESSONS LEARNED, in any case, been very useful.

AGROCENTAR PHASE II

During this year, we plan to previous good business practices

with contractors, expand on vegetable production, where we

made contact with the German company KUEHNE. Also,

during this year will be organized production of pickling

cucumber on a surface of minimum 30 ha, and with minimum

250 farmers.
