WHATTO EXPECT
In May, you can expect the temperatures in Spain and
France to range from highs in the lower 70s to lows in
the mid 50s, making for a very mild and pleasant spring
climate. There is a chance of occasional rain showers.
While sites are well organized to receive visitors of all
ages, it is essential that tour members be in good
physical condition for this tour. Visits to the
archaeological sites necessitate a fair amount ofwalking and climbing, sometimes over steep and
slippery terrain. Cave temperatures average 55 F and
humidity levels reach 95%. Please note that no
photography is allowed in the caves.
