November 2011-December 2012 U.S. Vision-Worked as optician technician.  This was a multi-tasking position that included sales, reception, interpreting prescriptions and suggesting solutions for customers, data entry, healthcare insurance authorizations, estimates of patient costs, and resolved customer service issues. Helped fit and adjust glasses and helped customers choose the appropriate solution for their needs. I worked independently and as a team, and was an apprentice optician.

- Majored in Political Science with a double minor in International Relations and French. I studied abroad in Strasbourg, France, in Spring 2007 through Syracuse University program that specialized in European affairs and French. Graduated summa cum laude. Consistently performed within the top of my class and excelled in testing as well as written communications.

- Centralia College-  Summer 2003 through June 2005.  

Graduated with high honors.  Member of Phi Theta Kappa, Secretary of campus literary journal. Major Areas of study: English, Foreign Language (French and German). Participated via Running Start program and achieved an Associates in Arts degree at the same time I graduated from High School.

Other experience: Customer service representative at Macy’s between January 2010 until April 2011, merchandising and sales at Ducati Seattle April-October 2012,I have traveled to several countries and speak French conversationally. I have taken Spanish and German language can manage simple conversation.

- Currently volunteer at Alliance Française, a language school and cultural center, completing administrative tasks and promotional work within the non-profit organization. Volunteer work in the past with Lewis County Animal Shelter and Centralia School Districts

- TESOL certified, Nia White Belt certified, take classes in tribal bellydance, yoga, and Nia.
