The Eiffel Tower is located in Paris and it has
become both a global cultural
icon of France and one of the most recogniz-
able structures in the world.
The tower received its 250 millionth
visitor in 2010.
During its construction, the Eiffel Tower surpassed
theWashington Monument.
Construction started in 1887 and the Eiffel Tower was com-
pleted in 1889. It
was opened to the
public on March 31st 1889. The architect was Stephen
Sauvastre.
I’ve never visited Paris, but I love the tower Eiffel a lot.
I think , that all these monuments are very interesting
and people should be also interested in these things.

The Tower of Pisa is the campanile of the Cathedral of the
Italian city Pisa.
The Tower of Pisa was built to remain in a vertical posi-
tion, but it started to lean when they built it.
Firt, the Tower of Pisa was built in 1173 by Guglielmo y Bonanno Pisano,
then by Giovanni di Simone in 1272 and finally by Andrea Pisano, who
built the last floor.
The Tower of Pisa has got eight floors, the bell has got a cylindrical shape
and the main charasteristic is that it is leaning.
I think that the Tower of Pisa is very interesting and very beautiful.
I like it!

La Toma del Agua in Riopar
La Toma del Agua of Riopar
is an excelent
campament! Last year, when
my partners and
I were in sixth grade, we went to this amazing cam-
pament for a week. The campament was
English because of the Irish, Scotish, Australian and English tecahers. The campament had many
cabines and each cabine had a number. It also had a restau-
rant, where all of us ate everyday, and a bank, where we ex-changed euros and
pounds (English
money).
In the campament
there were a lot of games, such as ta-
ble tennis, football,
basketball, mini football… We also practised activity
games, such as archery, and crafts, such as oil bracelets.
On the third day of the week, we walked on a trip of five kilo-metres to the Toril Pine, a one thousand years old, big and wide
tree. It was a very long trip. In the route we found a yellow scorpion. This was the first time we saw a scorpion.
On the last day of the week we visited the river Mundo. This was a beautiful trip. It was the perfect campament for my partners and for me!

The life of humans
during Prehistory was very hard.
They were tall, they
were ugly. They lived in caves, they
hunted, they used
weapons, they ate animals. They were not very clean, they travelled a lot and they lived in separated small
groups. They painted movements of his life in caves and their fear for other humans or
dangerous animals. They wore the skin of the animals to protect themselves from the cold.
I think that prehistory was very difficult.
Can you imagine yourself living in Prehistory?

How do you think life was in Prehistory?
Prehistory humans had got a very difficult life. They lived from gathering and hunting. If they got sick they died,
they ate raw meat until they discovered fire. They were very dirty
because they didn't have hygiene as they didn’t have running
water and electricity. For hunting, they made their own weapons
and tools to cut and kill animals.
I think that their life was very difficult and they discovered many
important things like fire.

My favourite food is the spaghetti with tomato sauce and also the paella that is very
attractive and has prawns, mussels…
For dessert I like the chocolate cake that
is very attractive, sweet and delicious
I like the apple or orange juice to drink because they are very
healthy and tasty.
What do you like?

For most people, music is what you listen to on the
radio every day, the movies´ background, or even a
simple noise. But, have you ever thought deeply?
Have you realized how music can change your life?
Music can reduce the stress in most of the situations and it
can help to increase the concentration. These two points
are very important for students.
But music is not only important for students; some re-
searchers have shown that music can help people with diseases, such
as Alzheimer. These patients can bring back memories by listening
to music. This therapy works not only for Alzheimer’s patients but
also for everyone else.
So, from now on, every time you listen to music think about the notes not
only as a beautiful melody, but also as a way to help your brain.
