• Planning & scheduling construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
• Reporting & monitoring the progress by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
• Controlling the project budget and preparing different cost reports.
Field Engineering Department:• Ensuring uniformity of design practices, engineering standards, and solving site-
engineering problems.• Reviewing the submitted drawings and documents of vendors, and subcontractors.• Verifying all possible solutions to optimize the erection work by preparing method
of statements• Preparing site instructions based on the engendered technical queries and
preparing as-built drawings.
Project description The training city constructed with deferent story and builds only with concrete
work without block work even the walls. With some tactical opening and military issue.
