Buyer Recruitment Programs

Knowing who our attendees are, from where they hail, and their travel and buying habits has its advantages! It allows us to develop packages and programs that make their participation in

our event more convenient, enjoyable and more profitable! Following are the standard and new offerings, as well as the means by which we promote them:

Show Your Badge Program

Attendees need only to show their TFM show badge to receive specials on lodging, receive FREE shuttle service, and take advantage of discounts available on hotel accommodations. They can also take advantage of discounts on car rentals, rounds of golf, skeet shooting, use of gym facilities, and amazing deals at area restaurants!

Super Early Bird Package

Buyers that register before July 4 will receive membership in the TOS Club, a reserved seat at “Lunch and Learn” Sessions in the Magnolia Room, free meals during the market, and up to half off hotel accommodations if they book through our reservation office. Super Early Birds that choose to stay over the weekend in a TFM room block will also receive sharply discounted hotel accommodations. TFM Weekend Pass

As with our highly successful Hosted Buyer Package, our Buyer Recruitment personnel are working with key exhibitors to develop and fund travel packages for targeted buyers that plan on driving to the market. Buyers chosen for a TFM Weekend Pass will receive free or sharply discounted hotel accommodations, fuel reimbursement, meals, TOS Club Membership and more! Those accepting this incredible offer, essentially a no-cost or highly disconted trip to the Tupelo Furniture Market, must agree to attend the market on the weekend!


“Lunch & Learn” Sessions

Targeted groups of attendees will participate in “Lunch & Learn” Sessions each day of the show to be held in the Magnolia Room located in Building 2. Sheer numbers of buyers filling the TFM floor space and showrooms is always a plus! But, quantity is not enough. We also want the major national buyers, buying groups, multi-unit, and large retail store buyers. Think we won’t go the extra mile to get attendees to our event? How does 100 miles sound! Attendees living within 60 miles of the Tupelo Furniture Market need only coordinate with us in advance and we will, at NO CHARGE, provide them with shuttle services to and from the show. Attendees living within 100 miles of the Tupelo Furniture Market may also expect shuttle services at NO CHARGE. However, at least a one night stay in Tupelo is required.
