There will be assistance for authors at the Information Desk, at which you can obtaininformation. Check the Final Program when you check in for the exact time of yourpresentation as it may have changed slightly from when originally scheduled andannounced at the conference web site. Any last minute changes to the program will alsobe posted daily.

If you have any queries during conference, please direct to the information desk.

Each paper will be assigned a 20-minute time slot. The length of the paper should notexceed 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions and discussions. The 20 minute timeperiod will be strictly enforced as we have a very full schedule.

Keep in mind that this is a multidisciplinary conference. Please design your presentationso that a general audience can understand your work. This will probably mean brieflyexplaining some of the concepts that are common knowledge in your area.

The following equipment will be provided in each presentation room:• Overhead projector• Computer overhead projector• A laptop computer with a CD-ROM drive, floppy drive, and MS Powerpoint 2000 viewer.

Presenters are to report to session venue at least 20 minutes prior to the start of thesession to meet the session Chair and to sort out any problems with their presentation.Note that authors presenting electronically are encouraged to try their presentation outin the session venue at the START of the break preceding their session.
