The Call Committee has prayerfully reviewed the list of eight candidates that were provided from the District Office and would like to present to you three candidates for your consideration in extending a Call to be the Pastor of Calvary Lutheran Church. The names have been reviewed, phone interviews conducted and consideration for the candidate have been deliberated. The Call Committee presents for your consideration the following names listed alphabetically: Pastor Brady Finnern of Sartell, Minnesota Pastor Justin Panzer of Abilene, Kansas Pastor Wayne Rostek of Norton, Kansas We ask that you prayerfully consider these candidates and keep their home congregation as well as Calvary in your prayers. Praise be to God for providing us with good, quality servants to consider. Pray for God’s will in providing Calvary with a Pastor. The 2017 Flower Chart has been posted on the bulletin board across from the mailboxes in the Narthex. Won’t you please consider providing flowers for one or more Sundays to help enhance Calvary’s worship services? If you would like to furnish flowers, please sign your name and list the occasion on the date/s of your choice. Fed to Feed: During the month of January Calvary is collecting Canned Soup to help supply the food pantry at TNO. In February we will collect Peanut Butter . Items should be placed in the receptacle marked “Topeka North Outreach Donations" located under the Usher’s Table in the Narthex. Thank you! The 2017 Valentine’s Luncheon will be held on Sunday, February 12 at McFarland’s (upstairs) at Noon. Order off the menu, All American or Tex-Mex food. Everyone is welcome to join us for good food, fellowship, and fun! If you plan to attend, please sign up on the sheet posted in the Narthex. If anyone has ideas for games, please let Sharon Dooley know.
