The presentation will also discuss the impact of the “FCPA Pilot Program,” now formally adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice in its November 2017 Corporate Enforcement Policy. But, a faster and potentially more powerful method to address industrial espionage when goods involving misappropriated The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act: Effects on Executive Compensation Sweeping changes to Section 162(m) of the U.S. tax code were made in last year's Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This session will discuss how these changes eliminate most tax deductions for public company executive pay that is in excess of $1 million regardless of whether the pay is performance-based compensation. In addition, discussion will focuses on how certain performance based compensation arrangements
