Participation is easy, and only requires a bit of playground exploration in order to answer the questions on this form. Turn this completed form in at the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District office at 400 East Front Avenue by 5pm Friday, May 29. The first 150 entries will receive one free day pass to an outdoor pool. All entries turned in will be entered into the grand prize drawing. Grand prize: Two (2) one day passes to Capital Racquet & Fitness Center and BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center, two (2) outdoor pool passes with Hillside Waterslide, and a $20 gift certificate for a park district activity or program.
